We're currently researching various diets and weight loss clinics that promise you everything under the sun just to get you to eat their mini meals, buy their supplements, join their support groups, etc. As far as we're concerned DIETS DON'T WORK! Period, end of story. While it may be necessary to consume fewer calories to lose weight, the fact is that diets, as we know them, help you to lose weight one way...by starving the body and robbing it of the nutrition it needs to function. Diets often throw the body into starvation mode where it will store any and all food it gets as energy a/k/a fat. Your body is going to get the nutrition it needs to function in one way or another, even if that means it cannibalizes itself. Very often when people are on a diet, they lose lean muscle, not fat.
Let's keep it simple. When the body is properly nourished and is receiving all of the vitamins, trace minerals, amino acids, and other fuel it needs to function, it is a true miracle. It will actually heal itself. A person who has a healthy immune system never realizes how many viruses and bacteria are killed off before he or she ever gets sick. However, when the body is clogged with impurities and poisons, the liver becomes overwhelmed and creates fat. Unless you cleanse your liver and body as a whole, the toxins in your body continue to develop bacteria, attack your immune system, and more.
Cleansing vs. Diets
When you cleanse your body of impurities, poisons, etc., your

Diets don't address cleansing. They restrict your caloric
intake, tell you to eat this, that, or the other thing...you might
lose weight; but as soon as you go back to eating regular meals, the
weight comes back on. Why? Because the impurities are

Not All Cleanses Are Created Equally
During a cleanse, you are often not consuming much food.
You must make sure you are getting all of your essential nutrients.
